Process chain - Global settings error

Dear expert,

Lately I always have SAP BW process chain error at global settings process. I attach to you the error messages that I'm getting. Do expert has been getting similar problem before this and know the rootcause? Any workaround can help me to solve this issue? Experts help is most appreciated. thank you.

Dear experts,

I think it clash with another process chain since that process chain finish at 8.00am but process chain ZGRP_P004 start at 5.00am.

I going to change the start time variant for pc ZGRP_P004 at 8.00am and see the result.
