Hi,
We did all the necessary steps for IPC configuration in CRM ( we have Variant Configuration).
when accessing an item in COMMPR01 We are getting "Runtime Error" and "Contact System Administrator"
can some one please explain where to start.
we did the knowledge base object and run time version from SAP ECC and i can see the new versions in CRM.

and the VMC error in tcode SM53?
