Work Center - Common task changes?

Hi,

Is there a way to remove items from the common tasks in purchase order work center?

When you hover over the purchase order work center - it shows common tasks and I want to remove tasks such as "Set Tax Classification" and "Define Automatic Creation of purchase orders".

If this is not possible, how do you restrict users from viewing/using this?

Dear Mr. Rathod,

Go to application and user management WC ---------------> Common Tasks view. Here the system will show you which view of a work center is allows you the related common task.

I have attached a screenshot for the PO as shown below

This is the only possible option and you cannot do the same from business user -------> access right view.

Hi all,

I have a similar request. I want to hide a common task ''New down payment request'' ( WC: Customer Invoicing) but without removing the access to the view, to which this common task is linked. Is that possible?
