Email not accepted by


when we send emails from CRM 7 to eircom they do not arrive or are blocked because eircom do not recognise the index record.

Emails sent to gmail iCloud hotmail are fine and arrive.

When we send a mail it originates as then translates to the internal address as and

finally out.

It seems that because it appears that a 3rd part mail service has sent this i.e. and that is not a valid domain then eircom are blocking the mail.

Can we do anything?
