Email not accepted by eircom.net
when we send emails from CRM 7 to eircom they do not arrive or are blocked because eircom do not recognise the index record.
Emails sent to gmail iCloud hotmail are fine and arrive.
It seems that because it appears that a 3rd part mail service has sent this i.e. @crpprod.esb.ie and that is not a valid domain then eircom are blocking the mail.
Can we do anything?
