Dear experts,
I have a problem with creating / maintaining dunning data for the company code in customer and supplier workflows. When creating a workflow in Net Weaver Business Client and adding a company code, the "New" button for the Dunning Areas UIBB is greyed out (see screenshot).
We are not using dunning areas, therefore there are no dunning areas maintained in the backend. Here are my questions:
1) is the new button unavailable because we don't have any dunning areas in the backend? Does this mean that MDG always needs a default dunning area to be able to maintain dunning data in workflows?
2) could there be any other reason why the "New" button is greyed out and cannot be selected?
3) Is there any other possibility to create / maintain dunning data in MDG workflows apart from the "Dunning Area" UIBB, e.g. can I enter dunning data somewhere else?
