Hello all,

Let me introduce myself. I am Lucie, 27 year old HR Management Graduate who is currently working in the Oil & Gas sector in Aberdeen, Scotland.

In 2012 I was assigned to a role within the HR Department of a large UK based gas company. My role there was predominately SAP ERP/HCM based which I really enjoyed working in on a day to day basis. I now have nearly three years experience working in SAP. I also was part of a team who implemented a systems change from SAP to Oracle Fusion, however I found Oracle Cloud solutions to be very boring to work in - too much clicking, not enough problem solving!

Through my working experiences I have really discovered my love for SAP and I would like to flesh out my qualifications more. I am looking for a path to become SAP accredited, working mostly in HCM, however I am unsure of how to go about this. In my mind I have two options: further education via postgraduate course with SAP accreditation or just via SAP direct accreditation.

Some guidance on where to start would be a great help.

Hi Lucie,

You may directly appear the SAP Associate Certification in HCM.

Following courses may be suitable to you.

Please browse through:

C_THR12_66 - Pass percentage 59%

C_THR12_67 - Pass Percentage 54%

There are also other HCM examinations, which you might be interested in.

You may need to pay the requisite certification fee and ask them that you are going to attend the exam through Pearson Vue (a Test Center conducts exam on behalf of SAP), they would provide you a S ID and Voucher Number, which can be used to book the examination.
