Solman Upgrade SP8 to SP13 SUM post-execute downtime-end

Dear Ladys and Gentlemen,

We are upgrading our Solutiom Manager from SP8 to SP13 on a

Problem encountered, we need help.

The error message of the SUM:

while trying to invoke the method

com.sap.sdt.jspm.model.DeploymentQueueIF.getDeploymentStatus () of a

zero

object loaded from local variable 'queue'

He proposes the following keywords ago:

SUM post-execute downtime-end show deployment results com.sap.sdt.js

pm.service.JspmService class java.lang.NullPointerException

no success to find a note or something else.

Shared Memory has been extended, DB files has been extended.

But nothing help.

Analyses of the logs also showed no results.

Hi Kirdas,

Can you update us if the solman is up and running.

Also you can provide us the

sapcontrol -nr <instance number> -function GetProcessList

And try to start the system using sapcontrol.

sapcontrol -nr <instance number> -function StartSystem <SID>

after which try to restart the same phase. Also paste the Show-deployment-results_62.log here and other latests SUM logs.
