EDIPUBLICROOTFOLDER (EDI PUBLIC ROOT FOLDER) not getting created as a folder.

Dear folks

I am having a problem on PRD. The EDI PUBLIC ROOT FOLDER is not getting created as expected. There is no folder symbol that I can see there. The same is working fine on QAS and DEV. Kindly help to rectify the problem.

On PRD --> (Not getting the expected result)

On QAS --> (Working fine)

As per my knowledge, all the configuration settings are available on PRD. And I have also tried creating new versions for this by deleting the earlier ones but the problem still occurs.

Hi,

Create Document BOM for this public root folder using CV11 t code.

The folder view will be available only if the document is a BOM.
