Assign Service profile and Response profile to Sold-to Party
I have read in some article about SLA determination which say that Service profile and Response profile could be assign to sold-to party so availability time and priority duration automatically adjusted on incident management
Until now i only find how to link those profile to Service Product or Service Contract not to sold-to party
Could Anybody help me ?
