Hello guys, I created a document and gave only read authorization to specific user. But that user is still able to save the document. Is there any reason why the authorizations given in documents not working? Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Check the PFCG roles and assign only the role with transaction CV03N.
Basically DMS transaction will be available along with other roles so check SUIM transaction with DMS t codes then check roles.

Are you talking about DMS? You should post the PFCG authorization profile page to make readers understand your issue.
