Is there any tool which you can use to assess the SAP system's readiness for S/4 HANA and provides recommendation on the next steps?

Hi Algrace,

the new SAP Maintenance Planer can help you to find out if your system is ready to be converted to S/4 HANA and checks whether there are for example add-ons or industry Solutions implemented/activated which would make the conversion impossible for the Moment.

SAP provides documentation, guidance etc to get to S/4 HANA.

On my LinkedIn you can find a presentation "road to S/4 HANA" which explains the steps as well in high level order + what you could do to prepare properly.
