Large webi report not running in Infoview webi

Hi ,

there is a webi report called amoritization report based on universe. It has more than million records and when we run it in webi rich client it is successful and data got displayed on the report.

But when we run the report in BI Launchpad webi its taking forever to run the report.

Can you pls let me know why the report is working good in webi rich client but not in BI Launchpad webi.

Hi,

try to schedule the report and see if that will work.

How much time report is taking to refresh in the webi rich client.

may be issue in the BI Launch pad time out issue if report is taking more then 20 minutes.check what is the default timeout.
