New employee error

Hi guys,

I only created my first project in Business Configuration. Im trying to create a new employee but i can´t. The error mensage is: "maintaning internal employee only via master data replication work center".

Any one can help me pls?

Hi:

As a part of the Scoping, if you have selected the option "Replicate employee data from external application" (under path Communication & Information Exchange -> Integration with External Applications and Solutions), then you cannot maintain employees via the regular Employee UI. You would have to maintain employees via Data Integration -> Complete Employee Master Data Replication.

The intention of this scoping option is that there is an external system where employees are managed and they are replicated to C4C. If the intention is to maintain employees locally in C4C, you can de-scope this option.

Bruno,

I understand you should first create a Service Agent and not an employee. Srv Agent's are the Administrators of your system.
