MCSI - same columns for all, without configurating userspecifig view?

Dear all,

it would be nice if you could give me some advices how to handle the following:

I know that I can save a userspecific view to get a special order or view of displayed columns.

But how can I configurate this special view with desired colums, that it is used for all my colleagues if they start the transaction?

So without configuration a userspedific view for everyone?

Hi,

try to create a selection version of the info structure with tcode MC1M. You can run this version with tcode MCKH or while you run standard tcode for your info structure press button selection version.

yes typo, correct tcode is MCM1

I'm not aware of any configuration for changing the view/layout other that user-specific settings.

Our users actually didn't like MCSI at all, so we just used the data in the info structures for the custom queries or reports. Of course, this does not provide any of the functionality in MCSI, but we found that no one cared for it. Everyone just wants data in Excel.
