SAP provides the underdelivery and overdelivery tolerances for MTO products only. We have a requirement at our client where One bulk order is used by multiple finished order. Due to SNP planning, the quantity of bulk order may not always exactly match the quantity of finished order in that bucket. In case of deficit of quantity of bulk order, the finished product will be pegged to bulk order of next bucket. So when scheduling is performed on such orders, the finished product order will be delayer.
So we are looking for a way so that we can influence the pegging between bulk order and finished product order using under and over delivery tolerances. we have an alternative where we can create fixed pegging using custom logic. But it has its own challenges in case of manual scheduling.
Is there a way we can influence this pegging dynamically using custom logic?
Looking for suggestions to resolve this issue.

Chintesh
Hi Chintesh,
the topic is very difficult in MTS because you do not have a specific tolerance per pegging arc.
Pleasse have a look at the following SAP notes:
1250779 Underdelivery tolerance at component level
875667 Underdelivery tolerance in the SAP_PP_003 heuristic
663313 Implementingunderdelivery tolerances from SO as of APO 4.0
