GRC BRM - Forward Request

Hello All,

We are facing an issue in GRC BRM Module. We have an approval workflow setup which is working fine, but lets say if one of approval (Role Owner) is on vacation and cannot approve a role which is in Request Approval methodology, we are unable to forward that request to another approver, is there any way in GRC BRM to forward a request to another owner for approval.

Hello Pratap,

did you tried the below option

Go to Search request,select role approval workflow from process id,click on Search

Then the select request which you need to forward

Open in Administration

Then forward

Hello Srinivas,

Yes i tried that option, when i opened in Administration mode, it doesn't give me any option (like we have in Access Request - Other Option Tab). It just shows me that Role is in Request Approval methodology and cannot be updated.

Let me know if you have any other thoughts.

check your stage task settings in MSMP for role approval workflow
