1733726 - Performance optimization in WAN scenarios with BICS

Hi all,

After implemented this note, we have observed big improvement on Aoffice 1.4 SP 6. However, this does not worked for all user. What could be the reason?

at the same location, some user see more than twice the improvement, some user didn't.

appreciate some hints area for checking.

HC - please update to at least SP13 for Analysis Office 1.4

Additionally, you can try looking at RSRT with the users in the backend.

But first please try going higher than SP6 - to at least SP13.  SP6 is an old version and with each patch performance improvements are made.
