If both OS and SAP system timezone settings are the same, you won't see time zone on system status screen.
This is normal behaviour of the SAP system.
So your settings are okey.
As mentioned you need to change STZAC settings on all clients.
If there is difference between OS and SAP time zones, you will face problems getting performance data on transaction ST03(N) and get ZDATE_LARGE_TIME_DIFF dump on some transactions.

Did you change them in both client 000 and productive client?.
