Comparison of Transaction Types SMCR and ZMCR

Hi,

I have a Solution Manager System where ChaRM is configured. The transaction type SMCR has been copied to transaction type ZMCR. During the PPM - ChaRM integration we find that the Project Plannng fields in the Request for Change is displayed when we create an Request for Change with transaction type SMCR whereas these fields are not displayed when we create a Request for Change when the transaction type is ZMCR. From this it appears that there are some settings/configuration which is available in the SMCR transaction type which is not available in the ZMCR transaction type.

We need to first compare these two transaction types SMCR with ZMCR to determine what are the differences between them. How do we do this ?  Is there a tool/program/transaction which can help in this comparison ?

After the comparison is done we need to correct the ZMCR transaction type so that it becomes simliar to SMCR while leaving existing customization in ZMCR as it is.  There is the program AI_CRM_CPY_PROCTYPE which was used to copy the transaction type. This has an update option. Can this be used to update the ZMCR transaction with whatever is missing or incorrect while leaving the existing customisations if any as it is ?

Hello,

Please check with F2 what is the UI component and what are the views that ZMCR uses. The difference might be in the configuration chosen or in the UI component and views used. The difference could be just at the CRM Web UI level.
