I am having trouble connecting to the data source in the BI Launch pad, the reports open but no data populates. i receive the following error message in webi:

explorer error:
Crystal error:
can someone help me solve these error and connect to a data source?
i also see this in the browser search bar:
CERTIFICATE INVALID
we changed the password using HANA studio, but we changed it to Welcome1. is there any docs on trouble shooting this?

normally the setting in the trial solution is not supposed to be changed. Unfortunately the default password policy in HANA forced user to change PW for BPINST, which caused the problem. An update has been implemented to avoid the changing password requirement, but I guess you still have the previous version.
After the password is changed back to Welcome1, does it work now?

did you changed anything in HANA DB, eg. changed the password for user BPINST?
Inside BIP the connection to HANA has been predefined with user BPINST and password Welcome1. If any those predefined settings has been changed, the connection to HDB is broken.
