SAPGUI 7.4 p5 release date

Hello,

I saw today there was a post (Notification service for news about SAP GUI for Windows) talking about patch 5. It doesnt look like is available to download yet. When will it be? Also can anyone confirm that issue below will be corrected with p5? This (as well as some other p4 bugs) unfortunately is a showstopper for us and preventing us from going to p4. Hoping p5 is released soon and corrects many of these p4 issues.

Hello Alex,

Alwasys check note http://service.sap.com/patches/1053737 for the latest information

on the patch release-date.

From this note, it currently states...

Patchlevel 5 is expected to be shipped in week 41 (05th  - 09th of October 2015)

                                      IMPORTANT NOTE

The dates given in this note are just estimates and can change anytime.
We cannot give you definite shipment dates for patches since the patches
undergo a QA procedure before being delivered. In case of errors being
found during the tests of a patch the shipment of the patch has to be
postponed until the errors have been resolved and a successful test has been performed.
In general patches for SAP GUI for Windows are shipped every 6-12 weeks,
but depending on the results of our tests this may vary.

This note is only available in language EN (English).

Jude
