I have to add cost elements into a cost center group via KAH2 and move them to different systems.
Is it possible to package them into a single transport request?
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!
HI,
there is also another option to move this
any group can be exported to a txt file and then imported to the target server.
for example, in source client -
KAH2 -> enter the ggrp name -> Extras -> Export -> enter the file name and click on 'presentation server'..it will generate a txt file..
In target client..
KAH2 -> extras -. import -> select the file exported...

Hi Maria,
Are you planning to move any other SAP system? e.g. BW, BPC etc?
If not then export and upload via text file might be the best option to manage mass changes. If you are worried about inconstancy between environment then, tcode OKE5 might help you move controlling objects.

HI Maria,
creating the object for the master data transport will require more work as to identify the program, the object and the field. you can save this by creating manually in each client.
if there is mass creation of the master daa you can use LSMW to upload in each client

HI,
this should be part of master data and be applied manually in each system.
if you wish to transport, you will have to create a transport in SE01 and add the objects related to the cost element to the group which will be the tedious way. KAH2 does not hold transport as the objective is to maintain them manually in each client.
