Access ECC 6 server with router

Former Member

Hello,

I am not able to find any information about setting the connector Database Type SAP ERP 6 - SAP Java Connector (SAP JCo) with a application server configured with a router.

For example in the saplogon :

application server : myserver (<- no ip adress)

Instance number: 00

System ID : ERP

SAPRouter String: /H/myrouteur/H/my/H/

Could anyone explain how to set it in the database setting ?

Best regards

Emmanuel

Hi - are you trying to connect using the Query with SQL option?

Could you share a screen shot of your SAP Gui Properties?  Use the camera icon to upload a picture.

Hello

Yes, I am trying the query with sql option.

It was ok when I tested with no router. I got the infoset from the system.

But I do not know how to set if there is a router.

Here is the screenshot

best regards

Hi - thank you for the screen shot

I don't see any option for entering the router information; I recommend opening an incident with SAP Support at support.sap.com

Hello

thanks for the answer.

I will try to use the method used to set the sap logon for Java.

If I do not success, I will post a message to  sap support.

Best regards

Hello

I have found the solution. It is the same setting as the SAP GUI for JAVA.

An explication can be found here.

SAP GUI ON MAC OS X | SCN

for example :

/H/saprouter/H/application server/S/port

I close the thread

Best regards
