Issues with the securitization of the application

Hi everyone,

We have problems when operating an application after applying the securitization by SAP Mobile Secure with MAP. Commenting that the application works perfectly before the securitization.

The application itself is a custom Fiori client.

We access to SAP Secure Mobile to proceed with the securitization:

  • First we upload our apk.


In this moment we already have uploaded the apk and we proceed to configure the different parameters with which we want securize the application:

  • We configure access using Passphrase

  • We configure the application behavior when the login is invalid.

  • We configure the EULA

  • We configure other protections, we apply the configured policy set and we proceed to download.

We proceed to deliver the apk generated to the mobile device for your installation:

We observe that the application securized  is installed correctly.

But, when we run the application the following errors appear:

Please, can you help us with this issue?

Hi

Please can you share the following:

  1. Android version on the device.
  2. SDK version you built the Fiori Client with.

Hi Allan,

we have tried wiht various android versions: 4.4.* and 5.0.*

The SDK version is SP10 PL01.

the question is, it's possible apply wrap in the fiori client customized(built with kapsel)?

Dear Customer,

Could you please explain the error messages listed when running the application? It is in German, so couldn't make out.

Hi Sushmitha,

sorry, the mobile device language is the Spanish. The message says "GO has stopped".

Could you please provide the server logs to see if we can find any errors are recorded?

Hi Sushmitha,

What server logs do you refer to? Please consider you that the application gives the error before you can make any connection.
