Create new child Organization unit

Hi all,

We are in GRC 10 and I am trying to add child Org units to an existing parent Org unit.

We currently have 1 parent Org unit defined in Setup-->Organization and also 1 child Org unit under the parent.

Now I need to add a 2nd child under the parent. Should this be done directly in NWBC setup or shoudl we do this in configuration in SPRO that get reflected in NWBC?

I went to Create root Org hirarchy and I am not seeing our existing Parent Org unit listed there.

Also is this configuration transportable or to be treated like a master data?

Please advice.

Dear Lakshmi,

you can create the new child organization directly in NWBC.

In this case it is like a master data and not actual config correct since it does not involve any transport?
