Error ::org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Could not send Message.

Hi Lumira experts,

     We upgraded our BI environment to BI4.1 SP6 with one of the desire of using SAP Lumira. We are able to create and save Lumira document in the BI Platform. We can see an option from the saved document as download from the BI Launchpad. When we click download option, we are getting the below error message.

Error ::org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Could not send Message.

Another observations are:

• We are unable to share an option for publish in BI Platform after creation of Lumira document.
• Unable to view and refresh the saved document from BI Launchpad.

Any ideas/suggestions will be appreciated.

Did you also install the add-on for Lumira to the BI Platform?

We haven't installed add-on for Lumira to the BI Platform. We would like to view, refresh and publish the lumira documents. Do we need additional licensing for add-on?

Any idea about the below error? Is it also related to the add-on ?

Hi Nagabhushanam,

it's now Lumira server for BI Platform, please install the LS for BIP and try again, yeah you will be able to view, refresh and save the lumira documents to BI Platform.

Now 1.28.3 Lumira Desktop and LS4BIP is available on the Service Market Place.

I'm not very sure about license options, please check with your account executive.
