Error in Connection Information for Diagnostic Agent : P4 Connection via Java CCS Message Server

Hi Experts,

We are trying to install Diagnostic Agent in our ECC system and connect to Solman system.

However, it seems like the system cannot recognize our solman FQN.

Java SCS Message Server HTTP Port: 8102 where 02 is Java instacnce for our Solman system

Our Solman FQN:

Could you please help?

Hi Fadzly,

The try to ping soman host from your ECC system. If your DNS doesnt have entry for solman then you can modify your hosts file to enter IP and corresponsing host for solman.

Hi Aditya,

The error occurs because we don't add the solman FQDN host in our ECC server host file and open 8102 port from ECC server to Solman server. After we add FQDN host and open 8102 port, the issue is ressolved. Thank you.
