Can't use product in Interaction CSV template

According to the Inbound interface guide the CSV template should include a "PRODUCTS" field. This field is not present in the downloaded template.

I have already uploaded some products using the Product CSV template (I'm on 1508 release). I have tried to add the "PRODUCTS" heading on the Interaction template but the interaction product does not load with the interaction.

Any hint?

Hi Thierry,

Your observation about not being able to upload 'product' along with interaction is correct.  You have to use RFC, web service or oData to do that.  Unfortunately, CSV upload is limited in functionality at the moment to load products through interactions.
