PO Header Text change

Hi All,

I am facing one issue. Where the Buyer changes Header /Line Item text, the Release code has to be reset and the Workflow should be triggered from first.

Is this can be done thro SPRO configuration or in the Workflow PO object ZRBUS2012?

Steps:

Screenshot1.In ME29n we have two approvers (1.Quality Mgr , 2.SCM Mgr).

Screenshot2:First Quality  Mgr releases the PO.

Screenshot3:After header text change, instead of going for SCM manager release Po should reroute for QA release. But as per the screen shot it is pending with SCM manager

Hi Dhinesh,

There is nothing related to change in the workflow side. This part you can achieve using SPRO setting.

I will check the configuration, is it possible to reset the release strategy if the text is changed.

Okay thanks.

If the text is changed we can use BADI on click of save.Inside that BADI we can use BAPI_RESET_RELEASE.But not sure how effective it will be.Will it trigger the workflow from first....
