Publishing Lumira report on BI platform

Hi..

I am trying to publish SAP Lumira report (Story) on BI Patform in below manner:

In SHARE tab, after selecting 'Story', FILE -> SAVE AS -> BI Platform

Report is now successfully saved.

When I login to BI launch pad, I can see report and options as below:

On Selecting 'Download' options it opens report in Lumira client and in 'COMPOSE' mode.

I have following queries:

1. Is above method correct to publish report to BI platform?

2. Is it mandatory for end user to install Lumira client? Can't Lumira report visualization be similar to Webi reports?

3. Is there any option so that report on launch pad can be opened in 'Preview' mode rather then development mode ?

As Tammy said #1 is Yes.

#2. No, you can open the lumira documents in launchpad as well. Your BIP needs to have SAP Lumira, server for BI Platform add-on installed. PAM document for the same is available at https://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-66049

#3 Yes, the lumira server add-on on BIP opens the lumira documents in view mode by default. You can also control if the users can even edit those documents.

#2 and 3, did you install the Lumira BI platform add-on? Then you can view from the Launchpad
