2d barcode integration

Dear All,

i am new to sap can anyone tell my how to integrate barcode which is coming from external device that is dot matrix printer into sap.

Req is : 2d barcode has to be picked from the external system (data matrix) and update into the labels.

labels are created using WWI .

hi Akula,

why do you want to include datamatrix from another system. You might not know that your SAP-System (depends on SAP_ABA) is able to generate Datamatrix.

If the stack is not high enough you need to save your datamatrix as an graphic and include it or use a third-party software.

But to help you you really need to share more details and maybe also use the search here on scn.

Actually labels are printed with wwi config.

i need to pick an barcode from external data matrix printer and need to paste in space provided.

IS it possible if yes please let me know
