Is SAP Hybris a good platform to build an emarketplace?

Hi,

I am exploring tools/products/software/techonologies that are best suited for building an emarket place.

Wondering if SAP Hybris is a good choice?

I am looking at a mini-scale (or rather micro-scale) ebay like marketplace.

I would also like to view and read some of the high level architecture documents for Hybris. Appreciate if someone could point me to them.

Note: I couldn't locate a forum/topic for SAP Hybris - there were only two choices - either this forum or Hybris Billing. Both of them sounded inappropriate to me. I would be glad if the moderator could move it to right topic/forum.

Hi,

I came across this article (dated 2013) and wondering if a lot of SAP Hybris customers have used Mirakl in their solutions to build marketplace functionality.

Ganesh,

I haven't seen any implementations of Mirakl and hybris together. I checked on hybris marketplace, but couldn't see Mirakl listed there. Don't know if this association is still there given that hybris has evolved a lot during the past years.

But, I have seen some projects where some custom dashboards are created and used hybris for creating the marketplace.
