Make-to-order scenario: Schedule line gets partial quantity

Hi experts,

I have a MTO scenario where the sales order will trigger the process order creation automatically. The process order has the quantity which is equivalent to the SO order quantity but schedule line can only confirm partial of the SO order quantity. Goods movement is done correctly into the customer stock and I am able to deliver with the full quantity. The schedule line is left partially confirmed whereby the delivered quantity is updated with the full quantity. Can anyone please advise why the confirmed quantity is only partially confirmed?

The user manually change the proposed delivery qty from partial to full qty via VL02N.

Hi,

In the MTO Scenario the partial confirmed qty at Sales Order Schedule line is due to the current available stock .

The full quantity gets confirmed once the Production stock is received .

After that try the availability check at sales order level and check whether the schedule line qty gets completely confirmed.

In your case the availability check is working fine.
