How to add second processor in zmin incidents.

I can't find any information on this ..

What do you mean by 'second processor'?

Do you want to have two BPs with partner function "Current processor" in one incident?

You can add it using Business Partner block in incidents (by default it is hidden - use Personalization):

In partner determination procedure you'll need to adopt maximum number of partners determined (or you'll get an error when you try to add one more partner with function Message processor):

BUT it is not a good idea to use multiple processors. I have never tried it but you may have some problems with:

• e-mail notifications;
• widgets for processor;
• automatic determination of several processors;
• something else...
