Support Team not assigned to an incident

Hi dear Fórum,

   I configured Support Team Determination using BRFPLUS, but if I choose SAP COMPONENT and CATEGORY Support Team is not assigned. Please Help

Hi Jose,

Have you activated the action for Support Team determination is set to ACTIVE normally these are default deactivated.

also, if these are active then in the ticket in the processing log can you check if this is executed and reason for failing.

Have you simulated your rule in BRF+ (Tools -> Simulation)?
