Attaching WF to a transaction

Hi All,

I am new to Workflow world. I have this requirement which is to trigger a Workflow on execution of a custom transaction. The Workflow (WF) has to generate a mail to the manager upon every execution of the custom transaction with the user name.

I achieved this partially. I created a 'Z' business object for this. My WF doesn't trigger upon the transaction execution. But when i explicitly run the WF, it is mailing me and also running the transaction again. I think i am missing the linking part of the WF to the transaction.

Please can anyone out there let me know how to link the WF with the transaction?

Try using function module SWE_EVENT_CREATE at the end of your transaction to link to your workflow.
