Hello C4C Warriors,
When I create a new Task/Visit, the default time length of the visit is 30 minutes. I could not find any customisation option in the 'Activity List' in Business Configuration.
Is there any way so that I can configure a default task/visit time to, say, 4 hrs.
Steps I followed:
1) Open any customer account.
2) Click on 'Visits' work center in the account pane
3) Click on 'New'.
4) The default gap between 'Start Date' and 'End Date' is 30 minutes.
Is there any option to change this default time?

There is no entry for Visit in Date Profiles, Please post this in the Idea forum
