Real Estate Objects Statues

Hello everyone,

I want to find out if anyone has ever created statues/ monuments/ plaques as real estate objects.

I will appreciate if you can share what type of real estate object was used.

Hi Mary,

If you want to use Usage view then you can use the following master data:

Business Entity : say the area of the monument/statue

Property/Building: say the name of statue/monument

Rental Object : say the name of individual statue/monument (in case of many in same area)

If there is just a one monument/statue located in a same place then you can use same name for all the objects. BE,PR/BU and RO with same name.

If you require more details then pls share the hierarchy of the master data which you are expecting to map in SAP REFX.

A very interesting topic to discuss.

To answer your question if I have created statues as RO, the answer is no.

In my previous experience, I have created an aluminum structure and antenna attached to it as RO.

The architectural view created for my scenarios was: Location --> Land --> Structure --> Node (Node/Antenna was the rental object).

The usage view for above scenario: BE --> Land --> Node (Rental Unit)

In the same way, you too can leverage my example.
