not getting roles in access request creation?

greetings,

i have created roles through the BRM component and i created new request for user creation, in the access request user creation i tried to add roles which i have already created through BRM its not displaying the roles but its showing the roles which i have created in pfcg, i did role import and rep sync, did i missed any configuration settings to map roles?

Dear Manoj,

there are a few requirements for roles to be shown in role search screen. Check that the role status is set to a productive status (e.g. Production), that the role is allowed for provisioning and that the role exists. All these settings can be checked in BRM > Additional Details > Provisioning.

Furthermore the requester needs proper authorization so that the roles can be shown.

Hi Manoj,

The Rep Obj Sync must be a FULL sync, not Incremental.  Roles only show up after an import once the FULL sync is executed.
