How to add the table entries into a transport manually?

Dear Friends,

I have a specific requirement to transport the data entries in the table manually.

I have created the TMG with the recording routine "no, or user, recording routine". Hence it won't ask for the transport each time a new entry is added into the table. But it should be possible to select the table entries and include it into the transport request manually. There is a menu item "Edit->Transport->Include in Request", which makes it possible to select and add the entries into the transport. But the menu item "Include in Request" is greyed out.

Could you please throw some light in transporting the entries manually using the same recording routine "no, or user, recording routine" for the tmg.

Thanks & regards,

John

Execute transaction SOBJ (more options are available than in SE54) and change field transport from "No transport" to "Manual transport"

Hi John,

In some cases, while testing the object we create testing customized transport. After getting the success in the we have to move the customized transport data into actual one.

So SAP has given the provision for adding the entries into request.

Yes, transporting the entries is same like the no. of user recording routine,

Thanks

For a single initial loading, you could also manually add a R3TR TABU <tablename> into a transport request, and define key list as * or client* to transport existing records.

Raymond is correct. In SE10 you enter R3TR, TABU, and table name:

Then press the key button and enter the primary key values of the rows from the table:

You can enter a selection to capture more than one row. In this example, the key value "0050000714366*" would include all line items of document 0000714366 in client 005.
