How to configure SAP Content Server 6.50?

Hi all, I've successfully installed SAP Content Server 6.50 on Windows 2008 R2. The installation is working fine and the content server is reporting status "running". No issues during or after the installation.

So how to I configure my Netweaver/ECC to store documents in this new content server? Once its actually configured, do people use the same tools as before to create documents and so on?

Can anyone point me to documentation to assist me? I need to know what all those repositories are and which one I need to pick and why. I mean I've installed the software but I cant find any useful documentation on what all those settings means and how to fully configure it.
