Hi Pankaj,

At RSA3 - are you able select update mode as D(Delta)?

at RSA7 - Are you able to see data your data source and delta records count under total column?

Even follow the settings which is shared by Bhavin's reply.

Thanks

Hi Raman,

In RSA3 update mode is by default F I can not make any changes there and in RSA7 records are not there only DS is showing there as I have run Init delta, See the attached file of delta queue

Thanks,

Pankaj

Hi Pankaj,

Your data source is in yellow. mean your init may be still running.

can you check your data source init info pack is finished or still running?

Once your data source have green status at RAS7 then later it will holds delta records.

So please set delta pointer to your data source by running init info pack.

Thanks

Rectify above error.

Try to replicate data source into bw.

Activate data source at bw side.

from ECC job logs, find exact error info and rectify it.

Later delete old init and re run init.

once it succeeded then later check about delta.

Hi Pankaj,

Go to SPRO > Settings for Application-Specific Data-sources (PI) > Utilities Industry > Marketing > Settings for Extraction of Marketing-Relevant Data > Execute > Click on new entries > here select the relevant entries you want to fetch from data source and save it.

Thanks,
