How to return issued spare to onsite service - back to inventory

Dear All,

We have Onsite Service implemented in our Service section.

We are issuing spare parts to each service order by making outbound delivery (OD).

When some of spares returns unused, we dont know how to take it back without adjusting OD.

Please let me know how to deal with this.

Hello Vishal ,

You can create Return for your OD-> Item. Please do refer Help Center Document :"Quick Guide for Returns( in Service Orders).

Hi Ankush,

i have gone through document, but it seems its about returning material which is sold to customer

kind of sales/service return...

here im refering to spares return which is sent along with a technician for repair of customer tool.

for e.g.

6 qty spares sent for repair

4 qty used for repair

4qty will be billed through confirmation

2qty remain on customer account as owner tool - how to take it back in inventory

Please let me know if any additional information you want.
