Please check the followings :

1.go to WE20 : Partner Profile config : Outbound message parameter : give the Outbound message type name .

2.WE21 : check the Port configuration.

3 SM58 : Check the Error details and you can be able to find the exact cause.

Hello Himani,

Check the IDOC adapter configurations in the PI and check for the metdata in PI. After doing all the changes stop/start the channel.

Hi Himani,

As suggested by Rashmi, pls navigate to NWA-->Adapter Engine-->IDOC monitoring-->Meta data tab

Delete the entry for the corresponding IDOC for which the issue is occurring.

And retrigger the IDOC and check the outcome.

Hi Himan,

This might be due to either the partner profile is not configured properly or your idoc has wrong structure.

--> Check the idoc control record  and verify Sender / receiver port, partner names, partner type are correctly maintained.

--> check if the idoc structure is changed recently and not updated.

Hello Himani,

check the partnerprofile/port and then the idoc structure.

Hi Himani,

While transferring of IDoc, RFC ports might be closed. Check if the connection is working fine. Goto sm58. If you are not authorized ask help from your basis consultant. Also check what is the current status of your IDoc in we05
