Dear Experts,

I need to close POs in bulk. For example from 01-04-15 to 30-06-15 all Purchase Orders which is pending I want to close them at once.

Is there any way out to close POs in bulk quantity. I am using SAP B1 8.82.

Thanx in advance.

Ravi..

Ravi,

Go to Open Items List (Sales A/R > Sales Reports > Open Item List).

Choose PO in combobox (top-right field in that window).

Then, select the range of relevant documents (with [Shift] or [Ctrl] key, like as Excel) and go to Data menu > Close.

Regards,

JC.

You can try to change de DocStatus via DTW or DI API

DI, obviously the easiest way to go if you will keep doing in the long run, since you can reuse the code many time, and to develop such code only takes 1 hour or so.

DTW could be one time use and u will have to prepare data every time you run it.

If you upgrade to 9.0 or 9.1, u can use Workflow to do this. But to be honest, it is the same as DI.

Hi,

It is not possible to close all PO in single click.

Thank you.

Hi,

If you can use DI API then it can help you in doing so.

You can put any flag on the PO which needs to be short closed.

Based on that flag a program can be written by sap b1 technical person.

Otherwise there is no other option you will have to close it manually one by one.

You can make a query report based on the flag marked on PO and on query take the PO Num as link.

Click on the link arrow and start closing one by one.

DTW is also not going to help you here.

Thanks and Regards
