Copy function - Custom Data model

Hello,

I want to use the copy function

Custom Objects menu >Change requests > search object

After I search, I can select the a record I want to Copy from, and select Copy Button.

I am asked new Key Values, and then it asks for a CR or says I do not have a CR.

How do I create a CR which could be used later in this Copy function?

I tried creating CR with the same Keys  as I would like to use ( both as normal CR and submitted and also as saved draft), but then I got error saying there is already a CR for this key.

I could not find a way to create a blank CR.

Hello Mustafa

In MDGIMG - Process modelling configuration, create a CR type and don't select single process or object required.

After creating a CR, submit the CR without adding data. Then use copy function. System will automatically pick up all the blank CR's created for the object.
