Change to sale order quantity from negative qty to positive qty

Hi Gurus,

  Erroneously sale order created(Through a program) with negative quantity.Procedures to change the negative quantity to "0" (zero) quantity.

Since you mentioned that the order is created via a custom z-program and you get the ST22 error when you try to access the document from VA02 - did you try contact the developer who wrote it?

He or some of his colleagues need to fix the program before more documents like this one are created in production. The document you have can help him investigate the root cause for the issue, so please provide this document number to him. He might be able to help you in fixing the issue with the current document, which is a bonus.

Do you get some error when you use BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE or you just are unable to update the order? If the second is true, double-check if you have supplied all necessary parameters for the update - it is very easy to forget one of the update flags when you are in a hurry. And you need a 'commit' as well.

  when tries to open/change the sale order quantity  in VA02  system displaying a error message as

Screen name.............. "SAPMV45A"

Screen number............ 4900

Screen field............. "RV45A-KWMENG"

Error text............... "FX015: Sign lost."

and not changing

with the standard bapi:BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE also

You have got a dump in a standard program, so you would need to search for OSS notes using the hints from dump.

If you don't find any then you have to open an incident at SAP Support.
