Maintenance Call is already marked as skipped

Hello Experts,

I have scheduled 2 year cycle maintenance strategy plan. 3 calls are scheduled. The first one is accidently skipped. second call is completed and third one is on hold. The first scheduled called which is accidentally skipped , I want to undo the action and want to generate Order for this. Is it possible to do it without affecting the other two calls? Also note that Plan date for this skipped call is in past.

Hi Basavraj,

This is not possible.

You need to create a new plan or re-start the plan with new scheduling date.

But when I tried to restart the Plan the 'Waiting ' call is either deleted or skipped as per our choice.

Thus the call on Hold is getting affected.

As I said I want to undo the skipped action and generate Order for this call, without affecting the other two calls.

If I will use here Manual Call option just to accommodate the skipped call. Will it be fine?

Hi,

Yes, Manual call is another option. You need to choose when it has to call and the package relatively.
