Bin Label - LM55

Hello Experts,

I am trying to print the bin label using LM55 .

I can see the spool in sp02 but can't print it.

Please check the screen shot of sp02 in detail :

Did i miss any config,please suggest .

Talk to your colleagues from SAP Basis who setup the printers, it may also be a network problem, but it is certainly not a LE problem

Hello Jurgen,

I checked with basis consultant and received the below comments :

-- Comments from Basis Consultant ----

Issue could be due to your printer or the format of the print out.

I tried with 2 different users and the printer is taking the input.

When I take the printout it contains only ******* no data is available .

Please check the format to be printed and let me know "

I can see form LVSBINPRINT in LM55 but didn't find in OMLV.

Whether this form has to be maintained somewhere in omlv ?

Do i have to maintain table and field  value for bin number anywhere ?

Please check the print preview i found for my print action .

What are prerequisites for bin label printing via lm55.

Is the printer able to print barcodes?

Are you using the print queue defined for SAPscript typically with an "_2"?

Hello Jurgen,

First time i am dealing with this activity.

I am using normal printer no idea whether it can print or not !

We do have zebra printer but not yet assigned.

I was in assumption that after successfully testing in normal printer will assign zebra printer.

Whether my approach is correct.

Print queue is mandatory for printing barcodes ?

I am not using any print queue .

I am just using standard transaction LM55 to print bin label.

Maintain the verification field for the bin, run the LM55 and then check the print preview
