Hi Experts,
Is there any way to remove user data (pending transactions, orders, etc) without removing the application data itself on Android Agentry Clients? I remember this is possible in ATE and (not sure though anymore) other OS client versions?
Regards
Eka

Ok, are there any alternative options to remove user data, albeit from SMP or back-end side without user having to reset the whole client? This in case a user has an order on a device that might have gotten corrupted and/or user has made any mistakes?

One thing you can look at is put a Delete tranction, pointed to a Order, with this have "Delete Pending Transactions"
What this would cause, would be detele the order from the device and all transactions that are linked to this order. Then on the next transmit you can have the order redownload. Once the order re-downloads they user can work on order again, as all history they did was wipped.
Else, you can look at what type of mistakes the user makes and put in valuation rules on the transactions they create them on to reduce the change of it happening.
Unfortunately on Android the only options are resetting the whole client including definition and CT/DT data.

No,
Only the Old test clients had a to remove pending transactions. Clients only have the option to clear the whole database.
